âĸ 11:30 a.m. - Meet with Midtown Association staff, briefing on set-up plan.
âĸ 11:35 a.m. - Set up info tent, serve as MA staff liaison for vendor or visitor questions.
âĸ 12:00 p.m. - Programming and music begin.
âĸ 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Answer questions and provide information about Second Saturday at the information tent.
âĸ 4:00 p.m. - Tear down info tent and pack supplies.
