“Leave to Serve” are the Tuesday Volleyball Champions of the Spring ‘23 Season, after defeating “Block Party” 2-0!
“Leave to Serve” entered the playoffs with an undefeated record and looked to stay that way after the Championship, but they had to defeat a very formidable “Block Party” team before they could be crowned the champions! The first set started out as a tight match with both teams exchanging points between good hits and great serves. However, “Leave to Serve” was able to come together and force “Block Party” to commit errors that allowed them to win the first set 23-21. “Leave to Serve” continued their dominance into the second set by performing bump, set and spike to perfection! “Block Party” played their hearts out, but “Leave to Serve” was just too hot to handle. “Leave to Serve” went on to win the second match 21-18 and was able to finish the season undefeated!
Congratulations to “Leave to Serve” on becoming the Tuesday Volleyball Champions of the Spring ‘23 season!
