Important: Do not register as a sub without being invited by the captain or a player on the team! This is for teams looking to fill spots to avoid forfeiting or playing shorthanded.

• Substitute players are permitted to participate in 1 game/match by registering online before 5pm on game day.
• To register as a one-time sub, accept the waiver terms and pay $10/game fee ($15 for bowling).
• Subs are required to check-in with a Head Referee or League Supervisor prior to playing.
• Teams using subs cannot exceed the number of players on their original roster.
• Players may not sub more than 2 games per season. Each time will require a separate $10 game fee ($15 for bowling). This means "Bob" can only sub for your team two different nights in one season. If "Bob" wants to play more, he should have registered for the league!  Teams can have unlimited subs, but none the final week or playoffs.
• Subs are not allowed during the final week of the season or playoff games.
