“Monkey See Monkey Do” are the Monday Volleyball Champions of the Late Spring ‘22 season, after defeating “Good Volleybrations” 2-1!
It was the playoffs for Monday volleyball and it was a night to remember! The championship match was between “Monkey See Monkey Do” and “Good Volleybrations”, and it did not disappoint. In the first game, “Monkey See Monkey Do” looked like King Kong dominating “Good Volleybrations” 21-16 and it looked like it was going to be a clean 2 game sweep. On the 4th point of the second game, one of the players on “Monkey See Monkey Do” hurt their ankle, so they had to play a man down due to the injury. “Good Volleybrations” took full advantage, as “Monkey See Monkey Do” were a bit confused without their teammate. “Good Volleybrations” went on to win the second game 21-15 and forced a third and final set. In the final game, “Monkey See Monkey Do” banded together and defeated “Good Volleybrations” 21-11 securing the Indoor Championship along with a perfect season!
Congratulations to “Monkey See Monkey Do” on becoming the Monday Volleyball Champions and winners of $50 to Limelight Bar & Grill!
