The Wednesday night bowling championship came down to a showdown between Straight Outta The GUTTER and Fingering Balls, with a maximum of 15 points available across three games. Every individual matchup was worth a point, plus one point for total team pins each game, making every frame count. In the end, Straight Outta The GUTTER pulled away late to secure a 9-6 championship victory and claim the title! 🏆

Game 1 was a nail biter, with Fingering Balls edging out the total pin count 644-637 to earn the team point. Ryan set the tone early for Fingering Balls with an impressive 219, the highest score of the game, while Robert chipped in a strong 165. Straight Outta The GUTTER got solid performances from Paul (193) and Dylan (139), but Fingering Balls escaped with a narrow 3-2 advantage in game points.

Game 2 saw Straight Outta The GUTTER respond. Although Fingering Balls once again claimed the team pin point behind a 685-642 total, Straight Outta The GUTTER won three of the four head to head matchups to take the game points 3-2. Ryan continued his stellar night with a game high 234, the best individual score of the championship match, while Adrian and David both rolled matching 174s to keep Straight Outta The GUTTER within striking distance. After two games, the teams were deadlocked at 5-5, setting up a winner take all final game.

With the championship hanging in the balance, Straight Outta The GUTTER delivered their best performance of the night in Game 3. The team posted a massive 706 total pins, their highest score of the match, while Fingering Balls finished with 671. Adrian led the charge with a fantastic 207, while Salami (172), Brett (167), and Dylan (155) all won their individual matchups. Ryan once again shined for Fingering Balls with a 215, but Straight Outta The GUTTER dominated the game points 4-1, sealing the championship.

When the dust settled, Straight Outta The GUTTER had turned a tied match into a convincing finish, winning the final game and the championship 9-6. A huge congratulations to the champs for stepping up when it mattered most and closing out the season with a title winning performance! 🎳🥇🏆
