“Sneaky B****es” are the Thursday Volleyball Champions of the Late Summer ‘23 Season, after defeating “Smokin’ Aces” 2-1!
“Sneaky B****es” came into the playoffs as the #1 seed and as the heavy favorite to take home the title, but they had to defeat a very formidable “Smokin’ Aces” team before they could be crowned the champions! “Sneaky B****es” came out on fire in the first set, and did not allow “Smokin’ Aces” to get anything going. “Sneaky B****es” dominated the first game with great serves and amazing team work. They were able to win the first set 21-17 and it looked like they were unstoppable, but “Smokin’ Aces” was not going down without a fight. “Smokin’ Aces” came right back in the second set and performed bump, set and spike to perfection. They were able to claim victory in the second match and forced a third set. The third and final set was very close, but “Sneaky B****es” were too hot to handle. They took the lead early in the final match and they never looked back from there. “Sneaky B****es” won the third set 21-17 and became the champions of volleyball!
