Volleyball - Thursdays: Intermediate at TV (Fall '23)

“Sneaky bi*tches” are the Thursday Volleyball Champions of the Fall ‘23 Season, after defeating “Flaming Flamingos” 2-1!

“Sneaky bi*tches” came into the playoffs as the heavy favorite to win the championship, but they had to defeat a very formidable “Flaming Flamingos” team before they could be crowned the champions! “Flaming Flamingos” came out on fire in the first set and did not allow “Sneaky bi*tches” to get anything going. “Flaming Flamingos” won the first game 21-16 because of their impressive serves and amazing team work. It looked like “Flaming Flamingos” were going to easily win the championship but “Sneaky bi*tches” were not going down without a fight. “Sneaky bi*tches” came out of a timeout determined to win the second game and that’s exactly what they did. They performed bump, set and spike to perfection and pulled away with a 21-14 victory in the second set. It all came down to the third and final game and no one knew who was going to take home the title. “Sneaky bi*tches” took an early lead in the final match but “Flaming Flamingos” kept their championship dreams alive with some impressive rallies. The third game was neck and neck all the way till the end, but “Sneaky bi*tches” were able to finally pull away and win the final match 21-15!
