Big Dinks, Bigger Wahoos Win!

The beginner pickleball playoffs at Twin Oaks Park brought the energy from start to finish, with all teams getting their shot at the title—but only one squad could come out on top! Early action saw the #8 seed Pickle Party edge out #9 The Real Picklebacks in a tight 2-1 battle, while #10 Team A pulled off an upset over #7 Rolling Thunder to crash into the quarterfinals. From there, the top seeds started to assert themselves—#1 Pickle Is Life and #2 The Wahoos both dominated their matchups with commanding 3-0 wins, while #5 Paddle Royale and #3 Wildcats battled through to complete a stacked semifinal lineup.

When it came time for the semifinals, the intensity only turned up 🔥 The #1 seed Pickle Is Life stayed strong with a 2-0 win over #5 Paddle Royale, while #2 The Wahoos made a statement of their own, sweeping #3 Wildcats 3-0 to set up a championship showdown between the top two teams. And the finals absolutely delivered. In what the ref called a match that “could have gone either way,” both teams came out swinging with aggressive shots, incredible rallies, and nonstop action on both sides of the net. But in the biggest moment of the night, #2 The Wahoos rose to the occasion, holding their ground and closing it out 2-0 to claim the championship 🏆

Massive shoutout to all teams for bringing the hype all season long and this beginner division showed OUT with competitive play, great energy, and some seriously impressive skill. And congrats again to The Wahoos for an incredible championship run! 🎉

How are Standings Calculated?
Winners receive 2 points, each team in a tie receives 1 point, and losers receive 0 points. If you forfeit, you lose a point, so don't forfeit! Plus, two forfeits make your team ineligible for playoffs.

Teams are ranked by (1) Ranking Points, (2) Head to Head Two Teams Only*, (3) Point Differential, (4) Coin Toss.

Head to Head is only used if there are two teams tied. Ties involving 3+ teams disregard H2H and move on to point differential for the tiebreaker.
º Forfeits
Parenthesized numbers indicate wins or losses by forfeit.
When calculating Ranking Points, forfeits may be weighted differently than normal wins and losses.
