*ROCKLIN* Pickleball - Wednesdays (Winter '26)

The intermediate division playoffs at Twin Oaks Park brought high level play and serious intensity, as the top teams battled it out for the crown 🔥 Kicking things off in the quarterfinals, the #4 seed Pickle Patrol fought past #5 Rob and the Lobbers in a tight 2-1 matchup to punch their ticket to the semis. But once the top seeds entered the picture, things leveled up quickly. #1 Cookin in the Kitchen handled business with a clean 2-0 win over Pickle Patrol, while #3 Dink 182 pulled off a gritty upset over #2 The Return of In A Pickle, taking it 2-1 to set up a championship clash between two heavy hitters.

And the finals absolutely lived up to the hype 💥 #1 Cookin in the Kitchen and #3 Dink 182 went head to head in a battle that could not have been closer. Both games came down to the wire, with long rallies, clutch shots, and high-pressure moments on every point. As the ref noted, sportsmanship was on full display from both teams, making it not just competitive, but a great match to watch. In the end, Cookin in the Kitchen found that extra edge when it mattered most, closing out a 2-0 victory and securing their third championship in a row 🏆🔥

Huge shoutout to all teams for bringing top-tier competition all season long! This division showed just how strong intermediate pickleball can be. And a massive congratulations to Cookin in the Kitchen for continuing their dynasty run! 🍳
