Softball - Tuesdays (Summer '23)

  The Swingers

Congratulations to "The Swingers" for becoming the Tuesday Softball Champions!

“The Swingers” are the Monday Softball Champions of the Summer ‘23 season, after defeating “Team B” 2-1!

It was the playoffs for Monday softball and the top two teams “The Swingers'' and “Team B” battled it out for the championship. Both of these teams have an impressive offense so everyone was ready for the fireworks but the game turned into a defensive battle. “The Swingers” jumped out to an early lead with some incredible base running and timely hitting in the first few innings. “The Swingers” players were oozing with confidence after they took the lead but “Team B” was ready for the challenge and not afraid of an uphill battle. “The Swingers” defense did not allow “Team B” to get anything going on the offensive end until the last couple innings. “Team B’s”offense came alive in the final inning and almost completed a miraculous comeback, but “The Swingers” held off “Team B’s” offense and won the championship 2-1!

Congratulations to “The Swingers” on becoming the Monday Softball Champions of the Summer ‘23 Season!

How are Standings Calculated?
Winners receive 2 points, each team in a tie receives 1 point, and losers receive 0 points. If you forfeit, you lose a point, so don't forfeit! Plus, two forfeits make your team ineligible for playoffs.

Teams are ranked by (1) Ranking Points, (2) Head to Head Two Teams Only*, (3) Point Differential, (4) Coin Toss.

Head to Head is only used if there are two teams tied. Ties involving 3+ teams disregard H2H and move on to point differential for the tiebreaker.
º Forfeits
Parenthesized numbers indicate wins or losses by forfeit.
When calculating Ranking Points, forfeits may be weighted differently than normal wins and losses.
