Not 1, Not 2, But 3!

"Team Iceland" has done it again, notching their third straight Division title! It was a bit of a tougher route to the championship this season, as our champs finished the regular season as the #2 team in the standings. The lack of the 1st round bye didn't hurt them much though, defeating "AFC Arden" 4-1 in a convincing game.

It was another strong season from "Team Iceland", finishing 9-1 on the season. Their fast start had a lot to do with that as well, starting with 4 straight wins and shooting up the standings.

However, they ran into an equally hot "AFC Arden" squad that defeated them 2-0, handing them their only loss of the season. That loss was also the reason "Team Iceland" finished 2nd in the standings, though it didn't matter much in the end as our champs got the last laugh.

Congratulations to "Team Iceland", once again supplanting themselves as THE team to beat on Sunday nights!

Redemption!

It was an incredible season for "Real Thirsty FC" from start to finish, one that was capped off by a 3-1 championship win for the Division 2 title.

In total our champs finished the season at 7-1-1, a far cry from last season's 0-8 record in Division 1. This season they hit the ground running, winning their first 6 games of the season! That includes a pair of 6-1 wins en route to a division leading +15 point differential. And while their last 2 games of the season, a tough 5-0 loss to "The Crew FC" and a 1-1 draw with "Crystal Meth Palace FC" weren't the best of results, their #1 spot was already locked up for the playoffs.

Eventually in the championship game they took on "Amigos FC", defeating them 3-1 for the second time this season.

Congratulations to "Real Thirsty FC" on the championship win. We wish them the best of luck back in Division 1 next season!

Movin' On Up!

"Hangover 916" is our Division 3 champion, finishing the season with an unbeaten 8-0-1 record. They defeated the "Skysloper's" in Sunday's championship by the score of 2-1, sealing their fate as our latest title winners.

Early on they established themselves as the team to beat, thanks in part to their high-powered offense. Overall they scored at least 5 goals in 6 of their 9 games and averaged 5+ goals per game. No other team came close to that mark.

The one blemish on their record was a 3-3 draw with #2 "C-Raccoons". However, they'd lose out to "Skysloper's" in the 2v3 matchup. No doubt "Hangover 916" would have been the favorite to win the rematch though!

Congratulations to "Hangover 916" on the unbeaten campaign. We wish them the best of luck as they make the move to Division 2 next season!

How are Standings Calculated?
Winners receive 2 points, each team in a tie receives 1 point, and losers receive 0 points. If you forfeit, you lose a point, so don't forfeit! Plus, two forfeits make your team ineligible for playoffs.

Teams are ranked by (1) Ranking Points, (2) Head to Head Two Teams Only*, (3) Point Differential, (4) Coin Toss.

Head to Head is only used if there are two teams tied. Ties involving 3+ teams disregard H2H and move on to point differential for the tiebreaker.
º Forfeits
Parenthesized numbers indicate wins or losses by forfeit.
When calculating Ranking Points, forfeits may be weighted differently than normal wins and losses.
