On the other side of the bracket, #2 Bad Company matched that exact score against #3 The Crew, picking up a 7-4 win of their own. With both top seeds taking care of business, the stage was officially set for a #1 vs. #2 championship showdown.
And the finals absolutely delivered! Runs were at a premium as Inglorious Batters and Bad Company battled through the closest game of the day. With the championship hanging in the balance, Bad Company managed to stay one step ahead and hold on for a 4-3 victory, knocking off the #1 seed and claiming the Rocklin crown by just a single run! 🔥
