Homies United Finishes on Top of Sunday Mini League!

The Spring Sunday Soccer Mini League may have been short, but it packed plenty of action into just a few weeks. With only six teams competing and several doubleheader nights on the schedule, every game mattered as teams battled for points in the standings rather than a traditional playoff bracket.

When the dust settled, Homies United stood alone at the top. Despite a forfeit during the final week, their impressive 5-1-(1) record was enough to secure the league championship. Their season was highlighted by several key victories, including a hard-fought 3-2 win over Crew FC in Week 1 and another close 3-2 victory over Benchwarmers later in the season. Those tight wins proved to be the difference in a standings race where every result carried extra weight.

The mini league featured no shortage of competitive matchups throughout the season. Benchwarmers handed Homies United their lone on-field loss with a 3-2 victory, while Crew FC put together several strong performances of their own, including a dominant 6-1 win over the Raccoons in the final week. Even with the condensed format, teams had little room for error, making each Sunday feel like a playoff atmosphere.

Congratulations to Homies United on capturing the Spring Sunday Soccer Mini League championship! In a season filled with doubleheaders, quick turnarounds, and a tight race at the top of the standings, they consistently found ways to earn results when it mattered most and finished as deserving champions!

How are Standings Calculated?
Winners receive 2 points, each team in a tie receives 1 point, and losers receive 0 points. If you forfeit, you lose a point, so don't forfeit! Plus, two forfeits make your team ineligible for playoffs.

Teams are ranked by (1) Ranking Points, (2) Head to Head Two Teams Only*, (3) Point Differential, (4) Coin Toss.

Head to Head is only used if there are two teams tied. Ties involving 3+ teams disregard H2H and move on to point differential for the tiebreaker.
º Forfeits
Parenthesized numbers indicate wins or losses by forfeit.
When calculating Ranking Points, forfeits may be weighted differently than normal wins and losses.
