Cornhole - Thursdays at Nitty's (Spring '26)

Thursday night cornhole at Nitty's Cider brought a packed playoff bracket, a couple of strong semifinal performances, and an impressive championship run from the #3 seeded Bag Company 🌽🏆

The quarterfinals kicked things off with #4 Board to Death taking on #5 CornDejo in a matchup between two evenly matched teams looking to keep their season alive. Board to Death came out firing and controlled the match from the start, earning a clean 3-0 sweep to move into the semifinals. Over on Board 2, #3 Bag Company faced #6 Two Guys One Hole and handled business with a solid 3-1 win, setting up a tough semifinal showdown against one of the league’s top teams.

In the semifinals, the #1 seed Toss Boss showed why they earned the top spot during the regular season, defeating Board to Death by a 3-1 scoreline to advance to the finals. Meanwhile, Bag Company continued their strong playoff run against the #2 seeded The UniCorns. With both teams looking championship-ready, Bag Company stepped up in a huge way and earned another 3-1 victory, knocking off the #2 seed and punching their ticket to the title match.

The finals featured a battle between the top seeded Toss Boss and the surging #3 seed Bag Company. Toss Boss entered with the advantage on paper, but Bag Company clearly saved their best performance for last. After already taking down the #2 seed earlier in the night, they kept the momentum rolling and finished off the upset filled run with a 3-1 championship victory over Toss Boss to officially claim the Thursday night title.
