πŸ† McDOUBLES 2.0 TAKES DOWN THE TOP TWO! ⚽πŸ”₯

The top four teams earned their spots in the Tuesday Soccer playoffs at Hagginwood Park, but by the end of the night, the bracket belonged to the #3 seed McDoubles 2.0!

The semifinals started with #1 Velvet Panthers taking care of business against #4 Plan B, earning a 3–0 shutout and securing their spot in the championship. On the other side of the bracket, #2 Practice Squad and #3 McDoubles 2.0 gave us a much different kind of game. The goals were flying, and McDoubles 2.0 came out on top in the high scoring battle, taking down the #2 seed 5–3 and earning their shot at the regular season leaders.

That set up a championship between #1 Velvet Panthers and #3 McDoubles 2.0 and this one came down to the wire. After shutting out their semifinal opponent, the Panthers found themselves in a battle with a McDoubles squad looking to complete their upset run.

When the final whistle blew, just one goal separated the two teams. McDoubles 2.0 edged out the top seed 4–3, completing a playoff run that saw them knock off the #2 and #1 seeds back to back to claim the title! πŸ”₯

They entered the night as the #3 seed, but they left as #1 where it matters most. πŸ†

Congratulations to McDoubles 2.0, our Tuesday Soccer Champions! βš½πŸŽ‰

How are Standings Calculated?
Winners receive 2 points, each team in a tie receives 1 point, and losers receive 0 points. If you forfeit, you lose a point, so don't forfeit! Plus, two forfeits make your team ineligible for playoffs.

Teams are ranked by (1) Ranking Points, (2) Head to Head Two Teams Only*, (3) Point Differential, (4) Coin Toss.

Head to Head is only used if there are two teams tied. Ties involving 3+ teams disregard H2H and move on to point differential for the tiebreaker.
º Forfeits
Parenthesized numbers indicate wins or losses by forfeit.
When calculating Ranking Points, forfeits may be weighted differently than normal wins and losses.
