Playing a best of nine format meant every match was a marathon, and every point mattered as teams battled for a shot at the title.
The opening round featured plenty of competitive matchups. The top seeded Effers handled #8 Big Dink Energy by a 7-2 score to punch their ticket to the semifinals. #4 Dink & Drive defeated #5 Dink Responsibly 6-3, while #2 Team D earned a solid 6-3 victory over #7 Dink Dynasty. The closest series of the quarterfinals belonged to #3 Twerkin Gherkins, who survived an absolute nail-biter against #6 Kitchen Nightmares, edging them 5-4 to keep their championship hopes alive.
Championship week brought even more exciting play. Effers continued to look every bit like the tournament favorite, defeating Dink & Drive 6-3 to secure a spot in the finals. On the other side of the bracket, Twerkin Gherkins knocked off the #2 seed Team D by the same 6-3 score, setting up a championship clash between the top and third seeds.
The finals proved to be a fitting end to an outstanding season. Twerkin Gherkins fought hard and never made it easy, but Effers consistently found answers when the pressure mounted. Their balanced play, smart shot selection, and ability to capitalize on key moments allowed them to pull away just enough throughout the match, earning a 6-3 championship victory and completing a dominant postseason run.
