Thursday night cornhole at Moksa Brewing delivered a fun playoff bracket filled with upsets, dominant performances, and a championship run from the #2 seeded The Hole Enchiladas 🌽🏆
The quarterfinals kicked off with #5 Bagged and Loaded pulling off one of the biggest statements of the night, completely shutting out #4 Board Certified in a commanding 4-0 victory. On the other side of the bracket, #3 Corn Stars advanced past #6 Always on Board to set up a semifinal showdown against one of the league’s top teams.
In the semifinals, the #1 seed Saggy Sacks showed exactly why they finished atop the standings, defeating Bagged and Loaded 3-0 to earn a trip to the finals. Meanwhile, #2 The Hole Enchiladas faced #3 Corn Stars with a championship berth on the line. The Hole Enchiladas stepped up in a huge way, controlling the match and earning a convincing win to set up an all top two seed championship matchup.
The finals featured the two strongest teams from the regular season, with #1 Saggy Sacks taking on #2 The Hole Enchiladas in a battle for the title. While Saggy Sacks entered as the top seed, The Hole Enchiladas saved their best performance for the biggest moment of the night. Playing with confidence and consistency, they completed the upset with a dominant 3-0 championship victory to officially claim the Thursday night cornhole crown at Moksa Brewing.
