Spiked, Not Stirred: Bloodline Baddies Take the Title!

The Sunday Intermediate Co-Ed playoffs in Rocklin delivered three competitive matchups, but when the dust settled, the number 2 seed Bloodline Baddies powered their way to the top.

The semifinals kicked off with 1st seed Horizon facing #4 No buts, no cuts, no coconuts…, where Horizon controlled the match from start to finish, taking the sweep 2–0 and punching their ticket to the finals. On the other side of the bracket, second seed Bloodline Baddies squared off against three seed Spike Lee Joint, and the Baddies came out firing. Behind strong serving runs and a steady offense, they secured their own 2–0 victory to set up a 1 vs. 2 championship matchup.

The finals between #1 Horizon and #2 Bloodline Baddies lived up to the billing. Both teams traded long rallies, big swings, and some seriously athletic saves, but Bloodline Baddies found just a little more firepower when it mattered. They took the first set 21–13, then closed the night with a composed 21–17 finish to lock in the championship in straight sets.

A strong playoff run, a composed championship performance, and a well-earned title. Congratulations to Bloodline Baddies on becoming the Sunday Intermediate Co-Ed Champions!

How are Standings Calculated?
Winners receive 2 points, each team in a tie receives 1 point, and losers receive 0 points. If you forfeit, you lose a point, so don't forfeit! Plus, two forfeits make your team ineligible for playoffs.

Teams are ranked by (1) Ranking Points, (2) Head to Head Two Teams Only*, (3) Point Differential, (4) Coin Toss.

Head to Head is only used if there are two teams tied. Ties involving 3+ teams disregard H2H and move on to point differential for the tiebreaker.
º Forfeits
Parenthesized numbers indicate wins or losses by forfeit.
When calculating Ranking Points, forfeits may be weighted differently than normal wins and losses.
