Hitters Gonna Win — Championship Glory for the Top Seed!

The Monday night beginner division wrapped up an exciting season with a full night of playoff action on November 3rd at Turn Verein!

The evening started with a Quarterfinal matchup between #4 Fireball and #5 Street Meats. Fireball came in determined and took control early, sweeping Street Meats [2–1] to punch their ticket to the semifinals.

In the Semifinals, top-seeded #1 Hitters Gonna Hit faced off against Fireball, carrying their regular-season momentum into the playoffs. Hitters Gonna Hit stayed composed and efficient, securing a [2–1] victory to advance to the championship match. On the other side of the bracket, #2 Set It Off battled #3 Good Volleybrations, coming out strong and earning a clean [2–0] sweep to move on to the finals.

That set up a thrilling Championship showdown between the top two seeds — #1 Hitters Gonna Hit and #2 Set It Off. Set It Off came out swinging, taking the first set 21–8, but Hitters Gonna Hit stormed back with their own dominant 21–8 win in the second. The deciding third set had everyone on the edge of their seats, going point-for-point until Hitters Gonna Hit edged out a dramatic 23–22 victory to claim the title!

Congratulations to Hitters Gonna Hit, your Monday Beginner Volleyball Champions! 🏆

How are Standings Calculated?
Winners receive 2 points, each team in a tie receives 1 point, and losers receive 0 points. If you forfeit, you lose a point, so don't forfeit! Plus, two forfeits make your team ineligible for playoffs.

Teams are ranked by (1) Ranking Points, (2) Head to Head Two Teams Only*, (3) Point Differential, (4) Coin Toss.

Head to Head is only used if there are two teams tied. Ties involving 3+ teams disregard H2H and move on to point differential for the tiebreaker.
º Forfeits
Parenthesized numbers indicate wins or losses by forfeit.
When calculating Ranking Points, forfeits may be weighted differently than normal wins and losses.
