Ball of Duty Beats BatS hit Crazy 6-3 in Final
Emerges all the way from #4 seed to claim title

Ball of Duty emerged victorious as champions Thursday night after a competitive night of playoffs at Howe Park. Starting off the night with a 3-0 upset victory over #1 seeded Amateur Hour, Ball of Duty then proceeded to outlast BatS hit crazy 6-3 in the final and win the championship title. With a play style of timely hitting, relentless defensive effort, and intelligent base running, Ball of Duty displayed a truly well rounded championship performance.

Coming into the night with a 6-2 regular season record, Ball of Duty repeated their week 1 victory over Amateur Hour, who suffered their sole loss of the season in that match up to Ball of Duty, going undefeated outside of the opening week and semi-final losses.

BatS hit Crazy opened the night with a tight 7-6 victory over Fire it Up, pulling out all the stops on offense to just creep ahead and hold on for dear life in the last inning for the victory. However, their bats failed to replicate the performance they had in their semi-final win against Ball of Duty and they came up short of a championship title.

How are Standings Calculated?
Winners receive 2 points, each team in a tie receives 1 point, and losers receive 0 points. If you forfeit, you lose a point, so don't forfeit! Plus, two forfeits make your team ineligible for playoffs.

Teams are ranked by (1) Ranking Points, (2) Head to Head Two Teams Only*, (3) Point Differential, (4) Coin Toss.

Head to Head is only used if there are two teams tied. Ties involving 3+ teams disregard H2H and move on to point differential for the tiebreaker.
º Forfeits
Parenthesized numbers indicate wins or losses by forfeit.
When calculating Ranking Points, forfeits may be weighted differently than normal wins and losses.
