“Calm Yo Tips” are the Tuesday Beginner Volleyball Champions of the Winter ‘25 Season, after defeating “Blair Hits Project” 2-0!

“Calm Yo Tips” entered the playoffs as the heavy favorite to win the Championship but they had to defeat a very formidable “Blair Hits Project” squad before they could be crowned the champions! The first set started out as a tight match with both teams exchanging points between good hits and great serves. “Calm Yo Tips” was able to come together and force “Blair Hits Project” to commit errors that allowed them to win the first set 21-12. “Calm Yo Tips” continued their dominance into the second set by performing bump, set and spike to perfection! “Blair Hits Project” played their hearts out but “Calm Yo Tips” was too hot to handle. “Calm Yo Tips” went on to win the second match 21-12 and became the champions of the Tuesday Beginner Volleyball league!

How are Standings Calculated?
Winners receive 2 points, each team in a tie receives 1 point, and losers receive 0 points. If you forfeit, you lose a point, so don't forfeit! Plus, two forfeits make your team ineligible for playoffs.

Teams are ranked by (1) Ranking Points, (2) Head to Head Two Teams Only*, (3) Point Differential, (4) Coin Toss.

Head to Head is only used if there are two teams tied. Ties involving 3+ teams disregard H2H and move on to point differential for the tiebreaker.

When calculating Ranking Points, forfeits may be weighted differently than normal wins and losses.
