“Pickle Heads” are the Wednesday Pickleball Champions of the Late Spring ‘24 Season, after defeating “Power Rippers” 2-1!
It was the playoffs for Wednesday Pickleballl last night and it did not disappoint! After two very hard fought semifinal matches, the championship was finally set. “Pickle Heads” and “Power Rippers” were the last two teams remaining in the tournament and no one knew who was going to take home the title! “Pickle Heads” jumped out of the gates on fire in the first game of the match and took an early 1-0 lead in the championship. It looked like “Pickle Heads” were going to be crowned the champions after the second game but “Power Rippers” had other ideas for game two. “Power Rippers” changed up their game plan and were able to win the second game with their amazing teamwork! It was tied up after two games between these two heavy weights, and it all came down to the third and final match. “Pickle Heads” took an early lead in the third game with some incredible serves, but “Power Rippers” came right back with some impressive rallies of their own. “Pickle Heads” was able to find a groove late in the third game and won the match to become the champions of Wednesday Pickleball!

“Make Dinking Great Again” are the Wednesday Intermediate Pickleball Champions of the Late Spring ‘24 Season, after defeating “Super Smash Bros” 2-1!
It was the playoffs for Wednesday Pickleballl last night and everyone was excited to see who would win it all! “Make Dinking Great Again”” and “Super Smash Bros” were the last two teams remaining in the tournament and no one knew who was going to walk away as the champions of the Wednesday Intermediate Division! “Make Dinking Great Again” come out looking like they were playing in the US Open and dominated the first game and took an early lead in the championship. It looked like nothing could stop “Make Dinking Great Again” from being crowned the champions but “Super Smash Bros” were not going down without a fight. “Super Smash Bros” changed up their game plan and were able to win the second game with great serves and amazing returns! It was tied up after two games between these two heavy weights, and it all came down to the third and final match. “Make Dinking Great Again” took an early lead in the third game with some incredible serves but “Super Smash Bros” came right back with some impressive rallies of their own. “Make Dinking Great Again” was able to find a groove late in the third game and won the match and became the champions of Wednesday Intermediate Pickleball!
