Ninja's Kick It Again!

Our Summer 2014 Monday bowling league wrapped up last night with the leagues top two teams going head to head to determine our season champion. The Ninja's, our two time defending champions comprised of the fearsome foursome of Erika, Jordan, Brandon, and Tania took to the lanes against Now That's Some Pin with the championship up for grabs as both teams entered the night tied with 15 points.

It was clear from the outset that the Ninja's meant business, and had their game faces on for a hot night of bowling action. They took the opening game in decisive fashion putting Now That's Some Pin against the wall facing a must win second game. The second game was a battle with The Ninja's taking a slight early lead and maintaining it as the frames rolled by.

Despite a great game by Tim on Now That's Some Pin, Erika on The Ninja's closed the show by bowling an outstanding game of 209 and claiming a third straight title for The Ninja's.

Our high game woman handicap bowler of the season was Tania Hashmi, and for the men it was a tie between Mark Hardwick and Ron Medlock. Congratulations to The Ninja's, Tania, Ron and Mark and to all of the teams that bowled this season.

How are Standings Calculated?
Winners receive 2 points, each team in a tie receives 1 point, and losers receive 0 points. If you forfeit, you lose a point, so don't forfeit! Plus, two forfeits make your team ineligible for playoffs.

Teams are ranked by (1) Ranking Points, (2) Head to Head Two Teams Only*, (3) Point Differential, (4) Coin Toss.

Head to Head is only used if there are two teams tied. Ties involving 3+ teams disregard H2H and move on to point differential for the tiebreaker.
º Forfeits
Parenthesized numbers indicate wins or losses by forfeit.
When calculating Ranking Points, forfeits may be weighted differently than normal wins and losses.
