Congratulations to "Los Kickers" on becoming the Downtown Kickball Champions!

It was the playoffs for Downtown Kickball last night, and it did not disappoint! “Los Kickers” played “Check Out Our Balls” in the championship and it was a match to remember. These two heavy weights met during the regular season, and that game turned out to be a defensive battle. The championship started off the same way as their previous matchup, with both teams playing phenomenal defense. But everything changed in the 3rd inning when “Los Kickers” exploded on offense and scored 5 runs to take a commanding lead. “Check Out Our Balls” were able to stop the bleeding, but they were unable to recover from the “Los Kickers” offensive explosion in the 3rd. “Check Out Our Balls” scored a couple runs of their own and kept the game competitive until the end. But “Los Kickers” impressive defense did not allow “Check Out Our Balls” to score another run after the 4th inning. It was a competitive championship and “Check Out Our Balls” had an opportunity in the final inning to make a miraculous comeback, but “Los Kickers” shut them down and won the championship 9-3!

Congratulations to “Los Kickers” on becoming the Tuesday Downtown Kickball Champions of the Summer ‘22 season and winner of the $50 to Streets Pub and Grub!

Congratulations to "Orange Crush" on becoming the Midtown Kickball Champions!

“Orange Crush” are the Midtown Kickball Champions of the Summer ‘22 Season, after defeating “Lick my Cleat” 10-8!

“Orange Crush” entered the the playoffs as the #1 seed and as the favorite to take home the championship. Their defense was the main reason they finished at the top of their division, but their real MVP during the championship was their offense. The game started out very evenly matched but everything changed after the 2nd inning. “Orange Crush’s” offense started to fire on all cylinders, and it didn’t look like “Lick my Cleat” would be able to stop them. “Orange Crush” scored a couple runs in back to back innings to take a commanding lead, but “Lick my Cleat” came right back and almost tied it up. “Lick my Cleat” almost completed a miraculous comeback, but “Orange Crush” defense stayed strong and did not allow “Lick my Cleat” to score another run!

Congratulations to “Orange Crush” on becoming the Midtown Kickball Champions and winner of the $50 to Streets Pub and Grub!

How are Standings Calculated?
Winners receive 2 points, each team in a tie receives 1 point, and losers receive 0 points. If you forfeit, you lose a point, so don't forfeit! Plus, two forfeits make your team ineligible for playoffs.

Teams are ranked by (1) Ranking Points, (2) Head to Head Two Teams Only*, (3) Point Differential, (4) Coin Toss.

Head to Head is only used if there are two teams tied. Ties involving 3+ teams disregard H2H and move on to point differential for the tiebreaker.
º Forfeits
Parenthesized numbers indicate wins or losses by forfeit.
When calculating Ranking Points, forfeits may be weighted differently than normal wins and losses.
