“Dumpster Cats” are the Monday Volleyball Champions of the Winter ‘22 Season, after defeating “Volley Fever” 2-0!
“Dumpster Cats” entered the playoffs with an undefeated record and they planned to stay that way after the Championship, but they had to defeat a very formidable “Volley Fever” team before they could be crowned the champions! The first set started out as a tight match with both teams exchanging points between good hits and great serves. However, “Dumpster Cats” were able to come together and force “Volley Fever” to commit errors that allowed them to win the first set 21-18. “Dumpster Cats” continued their dominance into the second set by performing bump, set and spike to perfection! “Volley Fever” played their hearts out, but “Dumpster Cats” were too hot to handle. “Dumpster Cats” went on to win the second match 21-14 claiming the championship and finishing the season undefeated!
