Champs

  Mine Mine Mine

"Mine Mine Mine" are the Champions of the Wednesday Sand Volleyball League!

Congratulations to “ Mine Mine Mine” for winning the Wednesday Sand Volleyball Summer 21’ Championship after defeating “Sandy Digs” 2-0!

“Mine Mine Mine” entered the playoffs in second place and was confident that their skills and great teamwork would make them unstoppable. They fought hard all season long to make the playoffs, and they weren’t going to let anyone stop their momentum into the championship! But “Sandy Digs”, a very strong team, was waiting for them in the finals and ready to take on the challenge.

The first set of the championship was a fast paced one. “Mine Mine Mine” started strong with a 5 to 2 lead and didn’t let their opponents score more than 3 points after that. Each team played hard, but “Mine Mine Mine” was able to win the first set 21-6 with their sting serves and tight coverage. The score of the second set was a bit closer, but “Mine Mine Mine” took a commanding 10-4 lead after 5 straight aces. “Mine Mine Mine” continued to serve the ball spectacularly and eventually won the set 21-11 and captured the Sand Volleyball Championship!

Congratulations to “Mine Mine Mine” on winning the Championship and winners of $50 to Field House Sports Pub!

How are Standings Calculated?
Winners receive 2 points, each team in a tie receives 1 point, and losers receive 0 points. If you forfeit, you lose a point, so don't forfeit! Plus, two forfeits make your team ineligible for playoffs.

Teams are ranked by (1) Ranking Points, (2) Head to Head Two Teams Only*, (3) Point Differential, (4) Coin Toss.

Head to Head is only used if there are two teams tied. Ties involving 3+ teams disregard H2H and move on to point differential for the tiebreaker.
º Forfeits
Parenthesized numbers indicate wins or losses by forfeit.
When calculating Ranking Points, forfeits may be weighted differently than normal wins and losses.
