“Plan B” are the Soccer Coed Champions of the Late Spring ‘21 season, after defeating “Slippery When Wet” 2-1
“Plan B” came into the playoffs as the #1 seed and as the favorites to take home the title. But they had to beat a very strong “Goal Diggers” team before they could think about the championship. The “Goal Diggers” played great, but “Plan B” had the lead the whole game and were able to win 5-1. “Plan B” advanced to the finals and were eager to take on “Slippery When Wet”!
The championship was a very close the entire game, neither team was backing down. “Slippery When Wet” was able to score the first goal and take an early lead, but “Plan B” scored right before halftime to tie it up at 1-1. Both teams came out of halftime on a mission to take home the title. It was another very tight match in the second half, but “Plan B’ was able to score one final goal and win the Championship!
