"Plan B" is our Tuesday night champion for the second time in the last three seasons! This win must be especially sweet following last season's second place finish, in what was a heartbreaking championship game loss.
After last season's tough loss we weren't sure how "Plan B" would rebound. They put those worries to rest pretty quickly though, picking up win after win. It helped that they got off on the right foot early, defeating "United" 1-0 to start the season. Later on in the season the two would meet again, this time to the tune of a 2-2 draw. That would be the only blemish on the record "Plan B", ending with an unbeaten 7-0-1 record on the season.
Not only that, their +13 point differential showed just how much better than the competition this season. That dwarfed the two teams tied for second place "Cross Bar Challegened" and "United", both ending with a +2.
Congratulations to "Plan B" for making their way back to the top of the podium after a rough end to last season. Over the course of the season they showed that a little bit of resilience can go a long way!
