Ballin' Out

"Blue Balls" is our Sunday Kickball champion, defeating "Future Automotive" in a tight 2-1 ball game. It was a pitcher's duel from start to finish, with some incredible defense mixed in as well.

Throughout the season "Blue Balls" was certainly the team to beat, despite starting off on the wrong foot. In their first game of the season our champs lost to "Pitch Please" by the score of 3-0.

But instead of letting the loss get them down they, got stronger. So strong, they won their next game 11-1, and proceeded to never lose again. Yup, they went on a 9-game win streak to end the season! Included in that win streak were four wins over playoff teams, outscoring opponents in those games by the score of 23-9.

Overall "Blue Balls" finished with a 9-1 record. The most impressive thing is their point differential though, where they finish with a +45. To put that into perspective, that more than doubles "Future Automotive" who finished in 2nd with a +19.

Congratulations to "Blue Balls on the incredible season! Their championship is definitely well-deserved!

How are Standings Calculated?
Winners receive 2 points, each team in a tie receives 1 point, and losers receive 0 points. If you forfeit, you lose a point, so don't forfeit! Plus, two forfeits make your team ineligible for playoffs.

Teams are ranked by (1) Ranking Points, (2) Head to Head Two Teams Only*, (3) Point Differential, (4) Coin Toss.

Head to Head is only used if there are two teams tied. Ties involving 3+ teams disregard H2H and move on to point differential for the tiebreaker.
º Forfeits
Parenthesized numbers indicate wins or losses by forfeit.
When calculating Ranking Points, forfeits may be weighted differently than normal wins and losses.
