Best of the Best

Our latest Friday soccer champion is "Two balls, one ball...actually three balls... my bad", taking down "FC Sacramento" in a tight 2-1 final.

The two were always destined to meet in the final after being far and away the top teams this season. Both teams proved that in their first round games as well, with "Two balls, one ball...actually three balls... my bad" winning 4-0 and "FC Sacramento" also taking care of business with a 5-0 win.

In an earlier meeting this season we had a similar result, with Two balls, one ball...actually three balls... my bad" coming out on top, squeaking out a 4-3 win. No doubt that regular season win gave them the confidence to know they were the better team heading into the final.

That they were, defeating a strong "FC Sacramento" squad that led the league in goals scored. But, thanks to quality defense, "Two balls, one ball...actually three balls... my bad" is the league champion. Congratulations to them on a fantastic season!

How are Standings Calculated?
Winners receive 2 points, each team in a tie receives 1 point, and losers receive 0 points. If you forfeit, you lose a point, so don't forfeit! Plus, two forfeits make your team ineligible for playoffs.

Teams are ranked by (1) Ranking Points, (2) Head to Head Two Teams Only*, (3) Point Differential, (4) Coin Toss.

Head to Head is only used if there are two teams tied. Ties involving 3+ teams disregard H2H and move on to point differential for the tiebreaker.
º Forfeits
Parenthesized numbers indicate wins or losses by forfeit.
When calculating Ranking Points, forfeits may be weighted differently than normal wins and losses.
