Join other Xoso players to volunteer at Bike Fest! Hosted by the American River Parkway Foundation (ARPF), this event is a great opportunity to make a difference while having fun.

Set up Crew:
Setup Time: 5:15 AM - 8:15 AM
As part of the setup team, you'll be helping to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere by setting up tables, decorations, food stations, and other essential elements for the festival. If you have a truck, that's a big plus! Also, headlamp to help navigate in the early hours.
Clean up Crew:
Clean-Up Shift: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
As a member of the clean-up crew, you'll help take down the festival by breaking down equipment, collecting supplies, and ensuring the area is clean and tidy. If you have a truck, we could really use your help to transport items back to the ARPF office.

What to Wear:
Dress for comfort and safety with sturdy, closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothes suitable for physical activity.
What to Bring:
Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated during the shift.
Parking Information:
Free volunteer parking passes are available, and parking is at William B. Pond. Follow the signs for designated volunteer parking.
