Softball - Thursdays (Late Spring '26)

The Thursday Night Softball playoffs at Howe Park delivered everything you could ask for, close games, dramatic finishes, and a pair of upsets that completely reshaped the bracket. With the top four teams earning playoff spots, #1 Fire It Up, #2 BatS Hit Crazy, #3 BALL OF DUTY, and #4 Lumber Party all entered the night with championship aspirations.

The biggest surprise came right out of the gate as #4 Lumber Party knocked off top seeded Fire It Up in a thrilling 9-8 semifinal. After battling all season to earn the final playoff spot, Lumber Party proved that once the postseason begins, anything can happen. On the other side of the bracket, #2 BatS Hit Crazy survived a nail biter of their own, edging #3 BALL OF DUTY by a score of 5-4 to punch their ticket to the championship game.

With momentum on both sides, the finals featured an unexpected matchup between the second and fourth seeds. Lumber Party looked to complete their Cinderella run after upsetting the league's top seed, but BatS Hit Crazy had other plans. Their bats came alive in the championship game as they pulled away for a convincing 16-9 victory, capping off an impressive playoff run and claiming the Thursday Night Softball title.

Congratulations to BatS Hit Crazy on an outstanding championship performance! 🎉 A huge shoutout as well to Lumber Party for their incredible upset filled run to the finals, along with Fire It Up and BALL OF DUTY for a fantastic season. Thank you to all of our teams for making this another fun, competitive, and memorable Thursday night at Howe Park and we can't wait to see everyone back on the field next season!
