The #1 seeded Sac City Rebels put the finishing touches on a dominant season Tuesday night at Grant Park, capturing the championship after surviving two nail-biters in the playoffs. After an incredible 10-0 regular season with a staggering +49 run differential, the Rebels proved they could win both blowouts and pressure-packed games when it mattered most.

The semifinals delivered plenty of excitement as the top seeded Rebels were pushed to the limit by #4 Team B, escaping with a dramatic 9-8 victory. On the other side of the bracket, the #2 Nasty Ashleys and #3 Hits and Giggles battled in another one run thriller, with the Nasty Ashleys holding on for a 6-5 win to punch their ticket to the championship game.

The finals were just as close, featuring the top two seeds in a matchup worthy of the title. The Sac City Rebels and Nasty Ashleys traded runs throughout the evening, but the Rebels once again found a way to come out on top, securing a 7-6 championship victory. Finishing the season undefeated at 10-0, the Rebels capped off one of the most impressive campaigns of the year with a perfect record, an outstanding +49 run differential, and a championship win to match.
