Friday night under the lights at Mather Sports Center, the top teams in the league battled for one final chance at championship glory. After a season of strong performances, it was #1 seed Team FC that completed its journey with a dominant playoff run, securing the Friday Night Soccer championship with two impressive victories on championship night.

The semifinals featured two entertaining matchups. In the opening game, top seeded Team FC faced off against #4 Adoberas in a high scoring affair. Adoberas refused to go quietly, finding the back of the net three times, but Team FC's attack proved too much to handle. The top seed scored five goals of their own and advanced with a 5-3 victory, earning a spot in the championship match.

The second semifinal saw #3 Nine One One continue its postseason push against #2 Sporting Sacramento FC. Nine One One delivered one of its strongest performances of the season, controlling the match and earning a convincing 3-1 victory. With the upset, the third seed punched its ticket to the finals and set up a showdown with Team FC.

The championship match featured the top seed against the tournament's surprise finalist, but Team FC left little doubt about who deserved the crown. After scoring five goals in the semifinals, Team FC once again showcased its balanced attack and disciplined defense. They struck three times while holding Nine One One scoreless, cruising to a 3-0 victory and completing a perfect championship night.

As the #1 seed, Team FC entered the playoffs with a target on its back, but they handled the pressure exactly as champions do. Two playoff victories, eight total goals scored, and just three goals conceded across both matches was a fitting finish to an outstanding season. Congratulations to Team FC on earning the Friday Night Soccer championship and closing out the season in style.
