After a season full of double headers, theme nights, and more than a few forfeits, our Friday Night Cornhole League wrapped up in dramatic fashion at Bike Dog Brewing – East Sac! Coming into playoffs, Board to Death locked in the #1 seed after a dominant regular season that included multiple 4–0 sweeps and key forfeit wins. What the Shuck! secured the #2 seed, staying consistent down the stretch. The Danglers earned the #3 spot, and Old Bags, New Tricks rounded out the bracket as the #4 seed.
In the semifinals, #1 Board to Death advanced over #4 Old Bags, New Tricks (forfeit), while #2 What the Shuck! shut out #3 The Danglers with a 3–0 win to punch their ticket to the finals. The championship match flipped expectations as #2 What the Shuck! came in hot and defeated #1 Board to Death in a 3–0 sweep to claim the title! Huge shoutout to all our teams for battling through the season and congratulations to What the Shuck!, your Friday Night Cornhole Champions! 🎉🎯
