Bowling - Tuesdays (Summer '16)

"Bad Intentions" is our Tuesday Bowling League champions after a top-notch performance last night at Land Park Lanes.

It was a tight league this season with every team still in the championship race up until the end. It seemed like every team was atop the league at some point this season, but week by week another team would top them. Our champs, "Bad Intentions", were one of those teams. They were up and down to start the season, but got hot at the end with three straight 4-0 wins. Their last win, the championship, proved to be the biggest win of all.

Our 1 vs 2 game was between "Bad Intentions" and "Babes and Balls", both with an equal shot a the championship. Chris led the way for "Bad Intentions" racking up five, yes five, turkeys through his two games. He certainly saved his best for last, as did the rest of his team, with four out of their six bowling stronger in game two. For "Babes and Balls" Nick certainly tried his best in game one to keep things close with a terrific game, but he didn't quite have it for game two as he slipped to 50 points below average, barely breaking 100. Kristin had a great game two, but it wasn't enough to overcome the strong team game by "Bad Intentions". When all was said and done, "Bad Intentions" won with a 4-0 sweep.

Congrats to "Bad Intentions" for coming out on top after a roller coaster of a season. They saved their best for last and because of it are the deserved bowling champs!
