The #1 seed came ready for playoff night! Thursday Party Pickleball in Rocklin wrapped up with Team B finishing exactly where they started, at the top after a strong postseason run that ended with a 4-2 championship victory over #2 Day Dinkers!
Team B's road to the title began in the semifinals against #4 Paddle Posse. Paddle Posse put up a fight, but the top seed showed why they earned that #1 ranking during the regular season, picking up a 4-2 victory and securing their spot in the championship match. On the other side of the bracket, #2 Day Dinkers advanced past #3 Team A via forfeit, sending them through to face Team B with the title on the line.
That gave us a championship matchup between the top two seeds in the league, and both sides came ready to play. Team B once again proved to be too much to overcome, defeating Day Dinkers 4-2 to officially complete their championship run! 👏
From the #1 seed to the #1 spot on the podium, Team B capped off the season in style and left no doubt when playoff night arrived. Congratulations to TEAM B, your Thursday Rocklin Party Pickleball Champions! 🥇🏓🎉
