SAND Volleyball - Beginner Wednesdays (Spring '24)

The Spring 2024 Sand Volleyball season came to a thrilling close with "Hardcore Sets" emerging as champions after defeating "Let's Get This" in a nail-biting 2-1 victory.

The excitement began in the semi-finals, where top-seeded "Hardcore Sets" took on the fourth-seeded "Spike The Beam." Both teams showcased exceptional defense and skillful passing, but "Hardcore Sets" demonstrated why they held the top seed, winning both games decisively with scores of 21-12.

In the other semi-final match, second-seeded "Consensual Set" faced off against third-seeded "Let's Get This." It was an intense battle, with "Let's Get This" securing the first game 21-15. "Consensual Set" fought back in the second game, hoping to keep their finals hopes alive. Despite their best efforts, "Let's Get This" held strong and clinched the second game 22-20, earning their spot in the championship match.

The championship game between "Hardcore Sets" and "Let's Get This" was nothing short of spectacular. In the opening game, "Hardcore Sets" edged out their opponents 21-19, despite a fierce effort from "Let's Get This." The second game saw "Let's Get This" dominate with a commanding 21-10 victory, setting the stage for a thrilling final showdown.

In the deciding game, both teams left it all on the court. However, "Hardcore Sets" ultimately proved their championship mettle, outlasting "Let's Get This" with a hard-fought 21-18 win, securing the title of Spring 2024 Sand Volleyball Champions.
