Back to Back!

The "One Kick Wonders" are our Sunday Kickball champions, defeating "Blue Balls" by the score of 10-6 in the final. The win marks their second straight title!

As the #2 seed heading into the playoffs, the "One Kick Wonders" got the benefit of a first round bye. In the second round they'd take on "Sit On My Base", cruising to a 9-1 victory and punching their ticket to the final.

Meanwhile, #4 "Blue Balls" was busy racking up wins on the other side of the bracket. First they defeated "Pitches Be Crazy" by the score of 9-3 before upsetting #1 "Thunder Buddies" in a thrilling 5-4 win. The loss was a huge blow to the league's only undefeated team, but an impressive win for "Blue Balls" nonetheless.

In the championship game both teams stayed hot, making this the highest scoring game of the night. However, the "One Kick Wonders" were just too overwhelming on offense, following up their 9 runs in the semis by putting up 10 runs to "Blue Balls" 6.

Overall the "One Kick Wonders" close out the season with an 8-2 record along with a +40 point differential. That puts them in second in that category, just 1 shy of the "Thunder Buddies". All that really matters in the end is the hardware though, so congratulations to the "One Kick Wonders" on their second championship in as many seasons!

How are Standings Calculated?
Winners receive 2 points, each team in a tie receives 1 point, and losers receive 0 points. If you forfeit, you lose a point, so don't forfeit! Plus, two forfeits make your team ineligible for playoffs.

Teams are ranked by (1) Ranking Points, (2) Head to Head Two Teams Only*, (3) Point Differential, (4) Coin Toss.

Head to Head is only used if there are two teams tied. Ties involving 3+ teams disregard H2H and move on to point differential for the tiebreaker.
º Forfeits
Parenthesized numbers indicate wins or losses by forfeit.
When calculating Ranking Points, forfeits may be weighted differently than normal wins and losses.
