Swipa, No Swiping!

"Swipa FC" is our Friday Coed soccer champion, cruising to a 6-2 victory over "Some Above Average". In fact, their semifinal match versus "Kaiwai Deportivo" was the tougher of the two playoff ties, in a game that ended 4-3.

Still, "Swipa FC" ends as league champion thanks to a fantastic regular season. Things got off to a rocky start thanks to a 5-2 defeat in the first game of the season, but after that it was nothing but W's. Offense was the key to their success, reaching the 6 goal mark in 6 straight games. Even in the playoffs they managed 10 goals over the two games including 6 goals in the championship. Turns out, 6 was their lucky number! Overall they average 5.4 goals per game, definitely higher than any other team this season.

Overall "Swipa FC" finishes with a 9-1 record to go along with a +34 point differential, both tops in the league. Their point differential was especially impressive, nearly tripling the second place "Flamigos" who ended with a +13.

Congratulations to "Swipa FC" on the incredible season!

How are Standings Calculated?
Winners receive 2 points, each team in a tie receives 1 point, and losers receive 0 points. If you forfeit, you lose a point, so don't forfeit! Plus, two forfeits make your team ineligible for playoffs.

Teams are ranked by (1) Ranking Points, (2) Head to Head Two Teams Only*, (3) Point Differential, (4) Coin Toss.

Head to Head is only used if there are two teams tied. Ties involving 3+ teams disregard H2H and move on to point differential for the tiebreaker.
º Forfeits
Parenthesized numbers indicate wins or losses by forfeit.
When calculating Ranking Points, forfeits may be weighted differently than normal wins and losses.
