Grip It and Rip It

"Grips" is our champion for the second straight league thanks to their stellar play through the season. Not only did they win the championship, they went undefeated as well, finishing with an overall record of 10-0.

Defensive dominance was the name of the game for "Grips". In their 10 games they only allowed a total of 13 points against them. This includes some of their tougher games against strong opponents, none of which could muster more than two wins in any given matchup. In the playoffs "Grips" turned it up a notch and not only scored more, but allowed less as well.

One of those wins was a 7-1 win over the 4th seeded "Thunder Buddies". They were no match for our champions despite having just taken out "Dodgemon" in the game just before by the score of 5-1. Our other semifinal game saw "WTF?" knock out "( o ) ( o )" by the score of 4-2, setting up our final. But, much like the rest of the league, "Grips" was just too much to handle for "WTF?". Eventually the game would end 6-1 in favor of the defending champions.

Once again, congratulations to "Grips" on their dominant performance, not only in the playoffs, but throughout the season! They add another title to their mantle, and are now back-to-back champions!

How are Standings Calculated?
Winners receive 2 points, each team in a tie receives 1 point, and losers receive 0 points. If you forfeit, you lose a point, so don't forfeit! Plus, two forfeits make your team ineligible for playoffs.

Teams are ranked by (1) Ranking Points, (2) Head to Head Two Teams Only*, (3) Point Differential, (4) Coin Toss.

Head to Head is only used if there are two teams tied. Ties involving 3+ teams disregard H2H and move on to point differential for the tiebreaker.
º Forfeits
Parenthesized numbers indicate wins or losses by forfeit.
When calculating Ranking Points, forfeits may be weighted differently than normal wins and losses.
