Sacramento Volleyball Registration

Games will be on TUESDAY nights between 7-10pm and played at the Boys and Girls Club at 12th and G Street. There are beginner and experienced divisions.

Registration includes free Xoso t-shirt that must be worn at games and at the bar afterward for drink specials.

• Save $10 when you sign up more than 28 days before the season
• $70 per person regular price
• $10 late fee for registration after deadline (if there's still room!)

By Mail - Team Registration (Must be RECEIVED by 10/5/2010)

Envelope must be POSTMARKED by the appropriate date below in order to receive the Early Bird registration discount.

• Save $50 per team by signing up more than 28 days before the season
• $600 per team regular price
• Team fee covers up to 10 players; add $50 for each additional player beyond 10

2. Please TYPE your team info. (handwriting can be hard to read!)
3. Mail completed form and one check or money order (NOT individual checks) to:

Bounced checks are subject to a $25 service charge up to treble the amount of the check pursuant to California Civic Code 1719.
