A for Awesome!

"Team A-wesome" is our our Wednesday Bocce Ball champion after a couple of upsets on the night! Just 3-3 through the regular season, they entered the playoffs as the #3 seed and weren't quite on the radar as a favorite to win it. However, they stunned everyone by knocking out the two top teams back-to-back to take it all!

In their first game "Team A-wesome" brought their 'A' game, picking up a 15-11 win to make it to the finals. Meanwhile, the top team all season "Bocce Chicka Bow Wow" looked to be firing on all cylinders, easily winning 15-5. Surely seeing that score must have been a bit intimidating, but this group of underdogs didn't let that get to them!

In the championship game we had quite the nail-biter, with the game going back and forth. Eventually it came down to the final few tosses, and by the end "Team A-wesome" had taken it all!

Congratulations to "Team A-wesome" on a wonderful championship night, proving that anybody can win on any given night!

How are Standings Calculated?
Winners receive 2 points, each team in a tie receives 1 point, and losers receive 0 points. If you forfeit, you lose a point, so don't forfeit! Plus, two forfeits make your team ineligible for playoffs.

Teams are ranked by (1) Ranking Points, (2) Head to Head Two Teams Only*, (3) Point Differential, (4) Coin Toss.

Head to Head is only used if there are two teams tied. Ties involving 3+ teams disregard H2H and move on to point differential for the tiebreaker.
º Forfeits
Parenthesized numbers indicate wins or losses by forfeit.
When calculating Ranking Points, forfeits may be weighted differently than normal wins and losses.
