2nd Annual Beers and Big Wheel + "Status" Pub Crawl

02/06/2010 - 4:00pm Last year kicked off XOSO's Pub Crawl season and if you missed out on the fun, now is your chance to relive the glory in epic fashion. This year, in honor of the upcoming V-Day or Singles Day or whatever you choose to call it, we're coupling the Beer/Big Wheel part with our "Status" crawl. Singles wear one color, couples another, etc. Just want to hook up? We've got a color for that too!
Pull out your (or your kids) Big Wheels and get ready for some fun! XOSO is putting two of your favorite things together... Beer and Big Wheels!
Last year our 1st Annual Beers and Big Wheels crawl ended up being featured on Good Day Sacramento the morning after while we were all still recovering in our warm beds. Let's see if we can top it!
This will be a pub crawl Sacramento will never forget. Buy your Big Wheel at Target, (or ride your bigger, far less cool bike) and join us on our tour of midtown's bars. Even better, this will be a pub crawl you can actually WALK (for those of you who abandon your Big Wheel in a fit of drunken stupor).
Clothing Color Codes (Know what you're getting into!)
- RED = Single
- BLACK = Taken
- YELLOW = In from out of town and looking for a new place to spend the night
- BLUE = Taken but going to dump my boyfriend/girlfriend by the end of the night
Route:
- 4:45pm - MVPs (17th and Capitol) - $2 domestics, $4 wells, $4 Jack Daniels
- 5:30pm - Old Tavern (20th and O) - $1.50 PBR/Bud and $3.50 Jager Bombs
- 6:15pm - Town House (21st and P) - $1 off drinks
- 7:00pm - Bennys Q St. Bar (20th and Q) - $2 wells, domestics, XOSO shots
- 7:45pm - R15 (15th and R) - $2 wells, Bud/Bud Light, Coors Light, and PBR
- 8:30pm - Hangar 17 (17th and S) - $2 domestics, shot special
One last thing, if it fits with your above status, wear your XOSO t-shirt! We'll try to get drink specials at as many bars as we can for everyone wearing their XOSO t-shirts or wearing the above colors in a distinguishing manner.
Invite your friends on Yelp, Facebook, Myspace, and even those people that don't use any of those.
