Signups for our spring Recess league are underway, as of today!

Recess is the the best league if you can't decide what sport to play, or like to change it up regularly. Every week, you'll compete in a one of three sports, in rotating fashion, between Indoor Kickball, Volleyball, and Dodgeball.

Each team gets at least eight games, over 8-10 weeks, depending on the number of teams that sign up.

The early bird price ends one week from today, so sign up early if you'd like to save some money!

Xoso Coed Bowling format and information

Sacramento's bowling season is now under way!

This is not your Dad's boring bowling league! Xoso’s new league targets social bowlers who care more about having fun and meeting new people than being stuck in a serious league with the same super-competitive players for six months or more! Xoso Coed Bowling is six weeks of fun, drinks and social people… if you happen to throw a strike or two in the meantime, great!!

Teams may register up to 6 bowlers.

If your balls tend to like the gutters, don’t worry! Scores will include handicaps to balance things out.

You've asked for it for a while, and now it's finally here!

XOSO is unveiling the new "Recess" league, starting July 18th on Sunday evenings.

Recess will be a rotating sport league, featuring all three of our indoor sports: Dodgeball, Indoor Kickball, and Volleyball. It's the "variety pack" or "sampler" of sports leagues.

Each week, the league will feature one of the three sports. The playoff sport will be drawn out of a hat. As with our other leagues, each team will get 8 weeks of game action, followed by a potential playoff berth.
