4th Free Capture the Flag game!

Another free pickup game of CTF this Saturday! Bring your friends and share the love. The league is coming up (April 2009) and we want everyone to get a chance to try it out first.

We had about 30 people come out last time. Come help us try things out for the league! Wear your XOSO shirts if you've got one.

We'll be at Fremont Park (between 15th and 16th Streets and between Q and P Streets) on Saturday morning February 28th. We'll play until 1 or 1:30pm. Meet us at the fountain in the middle wearing your Xoso shirt if you have one!

In preparation for our upcoming Capture the Flag league, we'll be doing a couple of fun pick-up games. Come out and join us!

Are you ready for some football?!

Hopefully we've got some great games to watch today.

Also, here's a quick rundown of some upcoming events and leagues in Xoso land.

On Sunday 1/25/09 at 1pm there will be a free Capture the Flag game at Fremont Park.

On Saturday 2/7/09 at 3pm there will be the first Xoso Beers and Big Wheels pub crawl in midtown Sacramento.

Thanks to everyone who came out last night for Capture the Flag at McKinley Park! It was a lot of fun and it because everyone wants to do it again, we're gonna make it happen! The next CTF night will be Tuesday October 7th. We're shooting to have a full CTF league that will start after New Years.

Come join us at the west end of the rose garden in McKinley Park on Tuesday October 7th at 6:00pm for a chance to run around like the little kids we are.

You remember the game: two teams, each with a flag and a jail. You have to sneak across the field, past the neutral zone to capture their flag, all while evading the other team. If they tag you on their side of the field, you go to their jail where you will be guarded vigilantly. Never fear, your team can spring you from the slammer by
